Worklog Assistant requires JIRA® 3.10 and up with the SOAP API enabled. Ask your JIRA® administrator to follow the instructions here in order to enable RPC calls: Enable SOAP for JIRA®

Server-side JIRA® plugin

For custom field support as well as time-tracking related fields, you need to install the JIRA® plugin for Worklog Assistant. Documentation can be found here.

Enterprise Users
