Installing the JIRA® plugin for Worklog Assistant

For custom field support as well as access to additional fields related to time tracking, an additional RPC plugin needs to be installed. Download the JIRA® plugin for Worklog Assistant now.

The plugin should work for any JIRA® version above 3.10. The source is available without charge upon request if you wish to make it work with an earlier version.

To install the plugin:

  1. Stop JIRA®
  2. Copy ssci-jira-rpc-plugin-3.10-2.jar into JIRA®'s WEB-INF/lib directory. For example, in a stand-alone installation, this is found under atlassian-jira-enterprise-3.10-standalone/atlassian-jira/WEB-INF/lib/ssci-jira-rpc-plugin-3.10-2.jar
  3. Restart JIRA®
  4. Verify that the plugin has been loaded by visiting the Administration->Plugins page. You should see an entry labeled: "JIRA Plugin for Worklog Assistant"
