Given that I have been working with the beta version, rather than a stable release, I have had the opportunity to experience the competency and fast response of WLA Support. On multiple occasions I have submitted bug reports or feature requests fully expecting to receive a simple acknowledgement. Not only was my submission acknowledged, but I received a personal response letting me know that the bug would be fixed or the feature implemented the next beta release. Now that's good support!
